Principal's Bio

Born in Mobile, Alabama and attended Mobile County Public Schools.  Graduated from Toulminville High School, Bishop State Community College and the University of South Alabama.  I have been  married to Johnny Taylor for 30 years and we are the proud parents of two children:  Johnny and Nikole'.

I began my professional career as a Reading Teacher at Fonde Elementary School and soon became the Media Specialist there.  After over ten years in the system I decided to pursue administration.  I worked as the Assistant Principal at E. R. Dickson Elementary School for four years.  This is my seventh year as Principal of Wilmer Elementary School.
